The group of people known as the Hindu Jat community historically belonged to the peasant or agricultural caste in the Hindu social order. The northern parts of India, particularly the states of Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana, are where they are frequently found.The Jats have a long tradition and were important members of India's agrarian society. They are renowned for their diligence, stamina, and agricultural expertise. Many Jats have also served in the military, especially the Indian Army where they are known for their bravery and commitment.

People from a variety of occupations, including politics, business, and sports, among others, makes up the diversified Jat community.They have also made a huge impact on Indian culture and society, producing well-known individuals in the arts, music, and literature.

In the month of April 2023, Aman Sherawat from Hindu Jaat community shines bright. its the proud moment for their community as well as for India. India Scores Historic Victory at Asian Wrestling Championships!

Aman Sehrawat won India's first gold medal at the 36th edition of the Asian Wrestling Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan, by defeating Kyrgyzstan's Almaz Smanbekov 9-4 in the men's 57 kg freestyle category. This is his second podium of the year, having previously won gold at the Under-23 world championships in Spain. With this victory, the men's freestyle 57 kg gold medal has remained with India for the fourth consecutive year. India's total medal tally at the competition is 14 (one gold, three silvers, and 10 bronze), with the Greco-Roman wrestlers winning four medals and the women's wrestlers winning seven. India is currently ranked seventh in the overall medal tally, with Kazakhstan, Japan, and Iran taking the top three spots. Aman Sehrawat's impressive performance on the senior circuit culminated in his gold medal win at the Asian Wrestling Championships. He defeated his opponent, who had won a bronze medal in the previous year, with a score of 9-4. Sehrawat's victory ensured that India remained at the top of the men's freestyle 57 kg category for four years running.

The event was held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from April 9th to April 14th, 2023. India's overall performance saw them ranked seventh in the medal tally, with Kazakhstan taking the top spot with the highest number of medals. Japan and Iran also had a strong showing, finishing second and third, respectively.Sehrawat's previous victory at the Under-23 world championships in Spain showcased his potential and helped establish him as a rising star in Indian wrestling.

With this latest win, he has cemented his position as a promising young talent in the sport. The win also serves as a testament to India's growing dominance in wrestling on the Asian stage.

Anurag Sagwan brought laurels to his Jat community and the country, an 18-year-old student, has achieved the highest score on the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Exam for the year 2022.

Anurag Sangwan, an 18-year-old from Chandeni village in Charkhi Dadri, has made his family and community proud by topping the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination (II) for 2022. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the exam, and Anurag's impressive performance has earned him a spot in the prestigious NDA. What sets Anurag apart is his dedication to both his schooling and NDA exam preparation. Despite studying for his Class XII exams in Gurugram, he managed to excel in various school competitions and Olympiads.

Anurag's father, Jivak Sangwan, a private job holder in Gurugram, encouraged his son to pursue the NDA exam, and even helped him fill out the application form.While Anurag had faith in his abilities, he was pleasantly surprised when he found out that he had topped the exam. Jivak is ecstatic that his son chose the Army as his first preference and became the top scorer in the NDA exam.

In his family's village, Chandeni, it is customary to serve in the Army, and Anurag's success is a testament to his hard work and dedication.Anurag's achievement is a remarkable example of how hard work, dedication, and a supportive family can help someone achieve their dreams.
